So the little boy turned 21 months old (yesterday). 3 more months and he’d be (terrible / terrific, you decide) 2.
Since his birth he has grown considerably. Nevermind that he can actually STILL wear the Levis jeans that the Ongs got him at birth. Ok, it was for 3-6 months but still!

Anyone else feels that the food standard (ahem) dropped drastically? I thought it was rather poor yesterday. Anyway, we had a good time. Again, Jayden was on a liquid diet. A teeny bit of Miso soup, lots of water and milk. Oh well.

Eva is back in Singapore for a visit. And the two got to play together over dinner last Thursday. And erhmm (no) thanks to Jayden, she can walk much faster than before. Well, so long as he doesn’t teach her to climb furniture…

We have been busy really. Jayden turned 19 months old! We are still trying to feed him solids but he is well, erhmm… on a self imposed ‘liquid diet’. Feed him almost any sort of clear soup and he’d drink it. Quite happily too. Try and sneak in some morsel of solid food and he’d [...]

We had some Robinsons vouchers to utilise before their expiry so we made a midweek shopping trip downtown. The boy charmed the sales girls and got away with almost anything whilst there. However, behind the scenes, you do realise that he is starting to throw tantrums in a bid to get his own way.

We decided to visit the airport on the spur of the moment. And I think Jayden loved it. It was not his virgin trip there but it was one where he probably had the most fun. At Harris’, he met a new friend and they chased each other round the cd racks whilst we watched [...]

So since we have gotten the Kura bed all fixed up, Jayden has his own bed to sleep on. No more baby cots. He is a big boy now.
Nevermind that he has been showing up in our bedroom at 5am like clockwork (for the past two days). Bolster in one hand, whimpering face all around, [...]

Jayden spent his first National Day in Singapore! But he was not being patriotic in the strictest sense. He was driving us nuts by running amok at IKEA Tampines. Although too small to enjoy the children’s facilities, I think he thinks the WHOLE place is his playground.

This lil boy decided that as a VIP, he required a special seat. Nothing but the car seat would do. So he spent the afternoon in it. Only content to drink his feed with the buckle safely in place.
