about a boy

Spotted this afternoon, just outside Pasta Mania @ J8, a silly boy begging for money.

Silly boy ran out of the shop bearing an empty soup bowl, sat himself down on the ledge and just watched as the passersby walked along the narrow aisle. It felt so much like he was begging for money, much like the old lady just round the corner (outside the MRT station).

Sigh.
