the letter P

Daddy’s first reaction was “Sesame Street and the letter P” when I recounted the morning’s incident to him. He had called to say he was in the vicinity and was asking whether we wanted to have lunch together. A nice thought that would have been so much better if the morning had not been disastrous.

Jayden woke up with his diaper overflowing with Pee. His onesie was wet till waist high, the blankie, mattress and pillows were disgustingly wet too. So it was a desperate scramble to settle the Pile of mess he had created. Grabbed him out of the cot, stood in on the platform where he wailed Pitifully. Was quite a sight so I actually took a Picture of said sight. He will Probably hate me for it but let us leave that for another time and Place.

Pulled off the diaper and found it to have a load of Poop as well.

Ahh great, another Problem to add to the equation.

Off comes the diaper and as I was getting rid of it in the bin, Jayden decides to empty his bladder and I return to find him walking around the kitchen, happily stepping into the Puddle of Pee each time he crossed it. Gah. Into the shower he went for a good thorough bath before emerging clean, Pee and Poop free.

Lesson learnt :- Always ALWAYS use Pampers or Mamy Poko for nights. That is, until he is toilet trained. And thus ends the Problematic yet action Packed Friday that I had. Oh by the way, we did laundry that day too. I wonder why…

And so, the words of the day are Pee and Poop.

Guess how many times the letter P appears?
