Vern had some work to finish up at a client on NUS Campus, and since we had an event to attend at NTU Alumni House at Bouna Vista, we bundled Jayden along for the trip. He was let loose on campus grounds, somewhat disrupting the peaceful atmosphere. Especially stark since things are much more subdued given that the undergraduates are in their final leg of exams for the semester.

It felt strangely familiar to be back there. To see the (aerial) yellow brick road and have him prancing the hallways of YIH. So close to the Kent Ridge Post Office where I spent some time every week checking in on the post box and SAO for internal mails. And to return as a GOLD (graduate of the last decade) member. With a kid in tow. Heh.

Even weirder still to head off to Evolve. To see the juniors (I don’t know them anymore heh), some ‘old’ friends and have the little monster prancing around, blatantly stealing the limelight.
