Jayden wishes everyone a happy belated children’s day! Its his first time celebrating and he is tickled crazy with the prospect of spending the next one playing with more friends. And not just silly ole mummy.

Yes, the boy has learnt how to pull himself to a standing position and is a real show off at that. He will walk the length of his cot flaying his free hand as if condescendingly waving at his poor subjects. What he has not yet learnt to do is… sit properly. But that does not stop him from wanting to stand.

In fact he loves it so much he’ll just “bounce” right back up when you sit him down. Ack. He also loves to show off his rhythm (and blues) by beating the seat of the sofa as if it were a drum. Yes, a musician in the making. Or so we kid.

And so, coupled with his other favourite activity of prison break from his play area, he has not left mummy with any time to craft.
